very interesting - never heard of this. I just just checked the interwebs and apparently people swap 2.3's out of totaled Turbo Coupes into Bronco IIs now.

The 2.3L I-4 was the same block for all. The one in the Ranger through the 90s even had the holes where needed for the factory turbos.

....and mustang svo’s. there’s quite a few well documented swaps. It’s a decent alternative to a 5.0 swap.
